Warranty Policy
Your KompCase chassis has 30 day limited warranty (from shipping date) offered on our website.
The warranty covers any incidental damage or defects that occur during manufacturing or shipping.
During the warranty period, KompCase will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of the product that proves defective because of manufacturing defects, or shipping related damages. This warranty only covers shipping damage that occurs while the order is shipped to the address on the order.
KompCase reserves the right to ask for photographic proof of the damage, as well as proof of the order via name & email. We reserve the right to refuse any warranty where in the above guidelines are not met. In the event of a warranty related claim, please email kompcase@gmail.com.
Warranty related matters will be handled as quickly as possible and you should expect and email back within 1 to 5 business days.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our (KompCase) work & designs, we do not offer returns or refunds on shipped products.
We offer full refund with 5% deduction of the amount only of the cancelation is made before a product was shipped.
If your purchased product has not been shipped in 10 working days, and you contact us for a refund, we will deduct a 5% cancellation fee from your initial purchase amount.
